1. Perishable items (Examples such as Spawns, Fresh Mushrooms, Dry Mushrooms, Mushroom powder, Pickles etc.) can not be return or exchange.

2. Non-Perishable items/ instruments can be exchange if it has manufacturing defect. For that customer has to fill the feedback form (https://www.udbhij.in/contact) online. Customer care will contact and resolve the issues.
